Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the HP printer entries and remove the device. Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Photosmart printer entries and uninstall them. I deleted the C5180, drivers and registry entries. This time I went back and followed all the steps illustrated in my previous post by the HP professionals. The forums helped me reconnect my printer and I appreciated it.

The last time I was here (7/27) I had a problem reinstalling my C5180 after the Windows 10 update.
